My father passes on in February of this year without any will drafted. He married again whom his partner is my stepmother with 4 kids on her side and 2 outside. If not mistaken my late father was on pension after he got out of work because of her age to pension. Please assist me on how to get his money because he once mentioned to me that he never touched it. I would like legal representation against an estate that is not administrated well. The Estate is my late partner who is the father of my daughter. The Executrix is his ex-wife, the Executrix and the administration lawyer are withholding certain information and want to kick my daughter out of the estate and his trust.
I've been Co-Parenting with the father of my first born daughter via a Co-Parenting plan, and he's breached many of the agreements and terms of our Co-Parenting plan. Doing things like with-holding school information, letting his girlfriend sign on the mother's details of her school forms, lying to me about parenting meetings, etc. He immediately disregards my opinions when it comes to my daughter's well-being, and refuses to bring her to see/visit me, even when I've offered to compensate for his petrol, yet agrees whenever my ex partner asks him. The list is endless and I have proof via WhatsApp messages and pictures of my daughter's school documentation. I need help.
1) I have filed for divorce and the summons has already been endorsed by the family advocate. My wife (defendant) has filed a notice to defend which I did not receive. She has not issued me with the reasons for her defence and the due date is tomorrow, 17 July . The divorce summons is attached. 2) I have attached the Notice of Bar which I plan to issue to her if I have not received her reasons for her notice to defend. 3) She has served me with Maintenance Summons and court date is 31 July . Summons attached. 4) She has also opened a protect order against me. The court date is set for 25 August and I need to provide my defence evidence 15 days before the court date. Interim order and affidavit attached.

I was issued with a warrant for verbal abuse last year....which almost landed me in Westville prison for the contravention of a protection order....I've suffered for 6 months out of my the house we agreed on together in it's purchase state....on the 3rd of January this year I appeared in front of a judge who endorsed this order for a physical act I committed 17 year's ago.....I smacked her across her face and her eyes swelled and her lips bust....she deliberately provoked me to a state I responded in a vulgar manner and then slapped her across her face....for saying humiliating stuff like I'm useless, not a good father...etc. exchanging vulgar speeches....so in a nutshell....she has a protection order against me.....she dropped the contravention order that was issued and she agreed to an uncontested divorce....I'm back at home since and she's become ever so rebellious and blaming me for literally everything she fails to comply with in a marriage....she constantly uses this protection order against me and refuses to stand up to the divorce....now when I mention the proposed way forward she unleashes tantrums and openly condemns me...saying stuff like....oh this is my money and when I'm finished you'll get nothing and end up on the street.....please assist me...I feel that I'm fighting a losing battle...
