I was unfairly dismissed I'm a restaurant manager The company refuses since start date to give payslips They randomly deducted uif but was never paid No overtime They owe me public holidays A full year of off days they refused to give me or pay out After being dismissed because I asked I had to wait for my leave pay which was only 21 days I never got off so I became sick I needed rest I went to a doctor I provided a doctor's note my boss sent me a Whatsapp messages saying I must no bother coming back to work hr will give me notice immediately They kept trying to build a case against me over a period of time because I started asking for my off days or pay My payslips etc It's a constant victimization swearing etc And I was once threatened in a meeting in the presence of hr and nothing happened they get paid to defend the company Most of the employees at the company are employed illegal without proper papers and documentation This company does everything not by the book so they can benefit I'm not the first to be dismissed like this I do have witnesses that will testify the same thing happened to them or how unfair I was being treated sworn at and victimized I'm not sure how to go about legally with ccma and labor law I lost alot in life due to me now being unemployed it becomes even more of a struggle as I wasnt expecting this

Good day, I am seeking assistance with a debt collection matter involving a previous employer. I went through the CCMA process, and a payment arrangement was agreed upon. Unfortunately, the employer failed to honour the arrangement. I previously engaged the sheriff, but at the time, there were no assets available to attach, so I held off further action. I now have confirmation that the individual has been employed for over a year, and I would like to explore the possibility of issuing a garnishee order to recover the outstanding amount. We are a signage company & we fired a worker in July last year, because of his mistakes in the work, the company suffered financial losses and lost customers. Yesterday he send me a whatsapp message ask the payment for CCMA case between our company & him. But i did not receive any notice ( Email or phone call) from CCMA since last year. He told me we should meet in the court in September last year and June this year, but i did know anything about it. He was asking R payment for this case. And i told him send me the documents that he received from CCMA, he did not send it. Only send me the case Number: CCMA WECT-24. Can you please help check what's happened. We really not receive anything from CCMA
I have won the case and was given a reward, but my previous employer failed to pay and then i did a enforcement letter. Now out of the blue i receive an email wherein he stipulate that he was a manager and that certain email addresses not exist and he claims that i was a service provider wich i wasn't, there is too many loopholes in the system and my previous employer and his candidates are trying to block me at every corner. I was falsely accused of stealing a laptop and he kept my fiance's salary for the laptop, we were both dismissed on the same day without any notice
I have been targeted by a vindictive manager and was straight dismissed from work for alleged poor performance. No counselling, warnings, or opportunity to improve were given, and no progressive discipline was followed. Staff available were halved , the targets set were unreasonable compared to available resources, as I am an Optometrist and have no control over amount of patients coming into the practice, and the charges against me were false. I believe the dismissal was both procedurally and substantively unfair, and I am seeking advice on pursuing compensation through the CCMA.
I was employed by Blacktrotters Afrika as Group Commercial Manager until 1 August . The dispute relates to the non-payment of monies owing in terms of my employment. The employer has failed to pay the following amounts, despite multiple written requests and submission of supporting documentation: Reimbursement for personally covering accommodation, transport, and emergency expenses for both hosts during a Europe work trip. Supporting spreadsheet has been provided on several occasions. Award money of R30, from December , which was announced and confirmed but remains unpaid. Leave pay for accumulated and unused leave days. I sent the first formal written request on 27 July , the second one was sent on the 06th August and the most recent being 13 August . for confirmation of payment by 15 August . None of these were responded to. I went to the CCMA but was told that, unfortunately, I need to go directly to the labour court because of my earnings threshold.
Yes, We did everything with the union from bargaining council to arbitration now we facing a challenge where the union are now starting dragging their legs. To go to labour court to have a case number is now difficult to them. So we are here to ask for a help from you because we don't have money to pay lawyers for the amount they are looking for from us
I got retrenched got a signed letter after, only promised to be paid BCEA Severance Pay of 1 week and leave days. In I was fired in the private school which I was working as a security guard, maintaining grounds and swimming pools and other broken staff it happened that I was invited in the hearing and temhe agreement was that no third party was allowed to attend that hearing on my surprise the School came with a third party whom I think she was their lawyer and she was the one who handle the case and took or advise them to fire me and I was paid a 3 or 2 months salary I'm not sure at the moment and that was all so is the any chance for me of getting any compensation since the third party was there while it was not supposed to
