l have 84sm with an RDP on it. I would like to turn the whole yard into a rental project. My idea is to have 6 or 8 units according to standard. 4 at the bottom and 4 at the top. the RDP can be restructured & walls broken down to fit my expectations. Each unit must be divided into 3 : have a bedroom, toilet+shower & Dinning room. I definitely would like the plan to be approved and start work exactly this June.
