Bought house...garage Roof with Fibre sheeting and support is non compliant. Roof needs redesigning and replaced with possibility of extra gutters installed.

The roof was damaged during the recent storms. I need quotations to repair the roof.

There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach. Please send a quote with a breakdown of what will be needed to repair. Client needs this urgently so I will appreciate an urgent response.
There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
