I need to tile my house and remodel my kitchen and bathroom. Batroom (+-6m2) needs new bath, toilet, basin, mixers and shower with tiles on walls and floors. Shower needs to be made bigger. Flatlet underneath outside patio has dampness on wall and part of concrete roof. An outside staircase (ground to top of patio entrance to main house) runs against part of the flatlet wall where dampness appears on the flatlet wall. This stair case needs to be opened up (hollowed out), waterproofing done and the staircase rebuilt.
