I want to break down my bathroom wall and extend the bathroom onto the porch. The porch will then be extended towards the the boundary of the yard. I want to build a boundary wall that sort of links with the porch through steps from the outside. There should not be any space between the porch and the boundary wall.

I prefer minimalism, modern architecture. The structure is a two storey beach house in protuding boxes design and large long windows Ground floor height 3.5m and 1st floor height 3.1m 4 ensuite bedrooms with master bedroom having an outdoor open sky shower outside on the top floor
We intend acquiring a farm and rezone it into a commercial-cum- residential facilities, where we are looking at establishing Media Skills Academy in "Video, Film and Television, as well as Radio Production. around Dayton/Cullinan east of Pretoria. Within the visastructure of the envisaged facility to encompass Audio-Visual Studio, lecture rooms. Within the envisaged structure we intend having a fully-fledged studio which will be used a " Production House" and "Post Production" encompassing "Linear and Non-Linear, as well as Final Mixing, as well as Radio Studio and Music Recording Studio.
I have two areas with parquet flooring - 1 off approx 36sqm and the other 15 sqm that is partially sanded and sealed. I want to resand and reseal both these areas. No skirting required. Please quote these 2 off areas separately. I also need informaiton on the drying/curing time in which the area cannot be used.

The existing wooden door which leads onto the balcony from the apartment blocks stairwell was broken off by the wind. We need the frame repaired if damaged and the door which is a hollow door replaced with a solid wooden door but the cheapest one available. The new solid door has to look similar to the other balcony doors in the block, please see the attachment for the design. The existing hinges, lock and door handle can be used on the new door. If the new door can be varnished in the same colour as the old one then please go ahead but if not then no problem, we will varnish it.
