Extension of a varander
We want to add a small bedroom and bathroom (shower, toilet and sink only) to the side of our house. The wall that will be shared between the extension and the old building will need a door. New bedroom will need a std window and sliding door. Small window for bathroom. One electric plug point in the bedroom. Bedroom size 6m X 2.5m. Bathroom size 2m X 2.5m. The roof will just need to be extended further to cover the new extension. 1 light fixture for each room. Where the new extension needs to be built there is currently a garden slope that needs to be cut away and a 15m retaining wall built. Can you please estimate the costs involved from plans, submission, materials, electrics, plumbing, plastering, etc. No painting or BIC cupboards required.
