We need 1 the lawn mown with a lawn mower, not a strimmer. 2. Grass growing out of the loffel stone wall removed. top of loffel stone wall weeded. 3. Grass removed from brick paving on drive way. 4. Grass Edge on pavement kept neat against the road 5. Basins around aloes kept grass free and neat. The loffel stone wall is only +/- 1meter high (i.e 4 loffel stones high) but is about 30meter long. Please provide quote.
Id like to re-do our garden we did it 20 years ago and over time our tenant failed to maintain and look after it that now it looks like a barron wasteland. grass is full of weeds one section was paved over and would like to redo it with grass. No colour in the garden just sad, sad, sad. photos are of the worst. Like said one side was paved over prroly weeds growing through the bricks. would like to redo that as well.
Scope of Work: has 14 units. 1. Put out rubbish bags on a Wednesday morning, clean refuse area. 2. Cut laws at units 1-4 in the complex 4x 36m, cut grass in the park Infront of units 1-10 and park area. 3. Maintain flower beds on communal areas and neaten up beds in and around complex. 4. Constant trimming of trees and shrubs with removal of garden rubble to keep complex neat. 5. Spray pesticide on driveway when and if required. 6. Rake up leaves and keep driveway neat and clean.
We are looking at improving our garden and would appreciate your advice and recommendations. We have just moved into a complex where the maintenance on the back garden is my responsibility. The grassed/garden area is approximately sqm. It has a very small garden bed. There is a high hedge on one side. I just need this to be maintained. I don’t know if the summer and winter months differ with the frequency of grass cutting and maintenance.

Garden with large trees causing large dry, sandy patches on the grass- but I love the trees. Small pond with water overflow from yard and rain. Sun facing Flower beds that I plant seasonal flowers in but struggling with the soil. Lots of basic shrubbery against boundary walls. Hydrangeas that are not doing well. We need assistance with design of our back garden. We had lawn, removed it and the ground is completely open. Our ideal is paving and pebble stone design - flower beds in planters and lollipops with ground cover surrounds. Paving colour stone grey and pebbles in charcoal. The planters, depending on how many can be a mix of stone grey and charcoal. We also need those concrete garden set with 2 seats that are backless plus table and another type which is 2 benches (small) and two side tables. Good Day, I have just moved from Gauteng to JBay. I live in a complec. The "so called garden" is looking terrible. I have many potplants which I brought from gauteng which needs to be replanted into the "new garden".
