Good afternoon My friend and I do carpet and upholstery cleaning it's just the two of us , I have inherited money from my mom that passed away and I would like to get a bond and pay a 30% deposit for the apartment that I am renting at the moment but i need proof of income and a tax compliance letter . I have not been paying tax and don't have a steady income as it fluctuates and is seasonal but if I spread it out over 12 months it comes to more or less 25k per month.
