I am the chairperson of a retirement estate in Greyton called The Country Village. The complex comprises 60 freehold houses, a bowling green, and clubhouse. We elect a committee every two years to run the day-to-day operations of the complex. We are presently serviced by SA Property who manage the financial affairs of the complex (collecting the monthly levies and keeping our books). We are curious to know whether there is a company providing this sort of service which would be geographically closer (Hermanus and Caledon are our two nearest towns).
It's two houses and five bachelor rooms of which one house and three bachelor rooms are to let.
Stand alone town house. Comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open plan lounge and kitchen. Fairly large back garden and 2 car ports.
