Floor vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen work surfaces and cupboards cleaned, windowsills wiped, all cupboards wiped inside. All flat surfaces wiped down.
I have a secondary DB board for a cottage. The cottage is fed either from eskom or my solar, but the cottage geyser drains the solar battery. There is a meter in the secondary board. The work I require is either to run a second wire from the main board to the second board for the geyer and have a second meter, or to take a feed from other circuits in the secondary board to feed some lights and plugs from the solar during load shedding - also requiring a second meter I think. Hopefully there is space in the board for a second meter. Then there is a circuit that is disconnected because it caused a leakage trip, probably due to a shared neutral, shared between the main and secondary boards.

This enquiry relates to a single story 3 bedroom house that is nearing the end of renovation and probably be put up for sale in two or three months. As far as I know , a registered electrician has worked on tbe house recently but don't know what was done. However I know that another one has to inspect and advise on any repairs required. I need electrician to install a backup power system on a house. All components: batteries, inverters, wires, connectors ect will be supplied. The batteries and inverters will be installed in the garage of the house, power will run from the main db board to the inverter to charge the batteries, then back out from the batteries to the inverter to the db board into the house.

We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.
It is the windows I require cleaning of. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen windows. 2 bed & 2 batrooms are upstairs and the rest of the windows are downstairs. The main bedroom and downstairs bedroom have small sliding doors, 1 x small sliding door in the lounge, a bigger one in the dining room leading to the patio and a glass door to the quart yard and a glass entrance door.
I will be running a home for holiday rentals. I would need cleaning services as and when there are guests booked. For the duration of the guests' stay, cleaning would be daily (except Sunday) and when there are no guests booked, light cleaning weekly. The house is fitted with a washing machine and dryer, there would be a need for washing and ironing linen and towels for each booking. The area is in a game reserve with a lot of dust, window cleaning would be required once a month.
