Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Would like to do a four bedroom 3 bathroom double story almost beach style house. Lounge dining room kitchen and main bedroom with en suite at the bottom. 3 bedrooms on top one with an en suite and 2 that share a bathroom. Smaller style lounge/ bar area ontop floor as well. Want to do a deck style outdoor section with entertainment area underneath the deck area built in braai and ground fire pit ideally the roof should extend over the deck area on top for coverage. Deck area can be wrap around. As well as an outside shower style section to wash of from when coming back from the beach. The land is square meters and sits approximately meters of the beach Boundaries are 5 meters from front of property 1.5 meters from sides and 3 meters from back of property.
Garage Alterations; -Cut out a single doorway in double skin brick wall. Install lintels, door frame and door. - Construct a wall were garage door is currently 1.9m x 2.4m. Install timber frame window 1.5m x 0.9m - Construct interior division wall 4m x 2.3m - Remove old ceiling 24sqm - Install new ceiling with 50mm IsoTherm (24sqm) - Skip for ruble and skip removal
I want to build a 3 bedroom house with a full bathroom (shower, bath, toilet basin), another separate toilet, open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area. Wash room for washing machine and tumble drier and a big stoep. The whole house must be spacious and accessible to someone in a wheelchair. Double garage and under cover parking to give someone in a wheelchair access to the house when raining, snowing etc. A fire place, gas geyser and gas stove and a old fasion wood stove. I am considering borehole water. I have a VERY tight budget as I will use money that will be paid to my special needs daughter to make this possible for her. I don't want a sink roof and no gutters but rather the roof hanging over the sides of the house for severe weather conditions. Thermal roofing and wood laminated flooring for the house except kitchen and bathroom and stoep. I want to do this for my daughter that I may know that no matter what, she'll always have her grant and a roof over her head. She loves the country. I want to give her that.

Good day I would like to request a handyman for the following work please: 1. Old apartment in Saxonwold – work to be completed any time from Weds 25, to Mon 29, Aug - Replace old Yale lock - Fill in 2 x small holes in bedroom wall made by headboards (hanging in 2 rooms, removed) and tv unit that was placed on a bracket against the wall (4 small holes) - Paint if necessary 2. We have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom home. My parents room does not have a bathroom, but the room is flush against the the backyard, so it would be perfect to have a bathroom with a shower/toilet/basin lead out that way. Then, we have built an outside structure(no plans), where this is being used temporarily as extra indoor space, very small, enough for a desk and 3/4 bed. Here we would like to create a proper structure thereby creating another room with a sliding door that leads out to the yard. We have built an awning that can fit 3 cars, so using this, maybe we could build a deck as there is a new view above a certain height that one can view the mountain range from. Thanks, Mr.
I need to build a house for me and my family, I am open to ideas on what might work best.. Ideally have a minimum of 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, sitting room, dinning room, a bar, laundry room and a minimum of 3,5 bathrooms 2 door garage with a carport that can fit atleast 2 more cars. Wall fense and braai area next to the bar outside door.

Good day, I was hoping to receive some specs and prices on two concrete slabs we need to throw at Hoerskool Nylstroom. The basic requirements of each slab are: Outdoor Access to spot is slightly intricate for a truck but still achievable Each slab needs to support around 2.7-3 tonnes The area of each slab is probably around 5 m^2
I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.
