We have a granny flat at the back of the yard that we want to join to the existing house. We had a new addition to the family which just makes our home feel a bit small, new extra rooms or specific styles. It would mainly be to get plan drawn up for the join and possibly a new idea of how to do the join that could be more effective than what we now think.
