On day accept the quotation Daniel made all of this wonderful promises to me. There will be daily at least 4 staff members on site for duty.
The project is 8 to 10 weeks. This week is week 8.

Cornish
Drainage
Bathroom
Bathroom ceiling
Cupboards
Kitchen tiling
Electricity
Lights
Sliding door
Painting
Roof not completed
Water connection
Rubble removal
I already paid 89,83% of the costs. Settle already on final/last payment and duties still not nearly completed.

Firstly, the photographs you have published were taken during earlier stages of construction and do not reflect the actual progress made. The ceiling has since been completed and painted, the electrical wiring connected, and the main distribution board Writing

Only certain finishing items, including some cornices, remain outstanding.
What you have also failed to mention is that disagreements arose when additional work was expected of Blackstone Projects beyond the originally agreed scope, without the necessary agreement on those variations.
There is also an outstanding payment dispute, and my company's tools have yet to be returned.
I have never denied my responsibility to complete work falling within our agreed contractual obligations. However, it is equally important that both parties respect the original agreement and distinguish between contracted work and additional requests.
I respect every client's right to express dissatisfaction, but publishing outdated photographs without acknowledging the work subsequently completed creates an unfair impression of my company.
Blackstone Projects has built its business on hard work, commitment and professional service. I am prepared to address legitimate concerns, but I will also defend my business against representations that do not accurately reflect the facts.
