I need to know what my legal rights are, after the house I have bought after my divorce, Had to be registered on my eldest son's name, due to the fact that I was unemployed at the time, and could not qualify for a bond in person. After about 8 years, he has sold the house, and know has bought another house registeted on his, and my second son's names. The divorce setlement stated that the money from the house that my ex husband had to sell was to be devided between both of us, but then he arranged that I could only get 25% of the money, and that the other 25% should be put aside for our 2 adult children both over 18 years old, for further studies. I will discuss the matter in more detail in our condultation.
Hi I have been out of SA for 5 years, but did not cease my South African tax residency. For the first several years out of SA I was not working as my work permit in the USA had not come through yet. My wife , who is a US citizen was supporting me. In , I was employed by a company in Cape Town. I was not in South Africa for that entire time. I was receiving R45 a month and was paying tax on that amount in SA. I received an email from SARS saying I owe them a lot of money. I want to use some of the tax I was paying last year to offset the amount I owe SARS. I will most likely not be coming back to SA, but want to do the right thing and pay what I owe. Two to three containers made into a small kitchen, a bar, big screen TV and a small stage where sound setup can be placed. There must be an open sitting for VIP guests. I believe municipal approval is still to be obtained and amended Title Deed is to be registered. The property is bonded by SBSA.

My house is years old and has concrete S profile tiles and approximately 10 gables, and a flat 20° sloped roof section over the braai room of approx 16 sqmtrs.
