Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Garage roof is rusted through in spots, leading to water leaking through, damaging garage wall and door (see pics). Part or all of the garage roof may need replacement. Original roof is galvanised mild steel. Floor size of garage is 32m2, so roof is slightly larger than that. Roof is only slightly sloped (see pic).

I haver an existing IBR roof with the following issues: Flashing removed at parapet joining at all resulting in leaks all over the roof. Pitch is too low. Wood used is and not . Wood is rotten at some places. Beam in lounge is not according to plan leading to sagging. IBR sheets is still the old solid IBR and can be taken off and put back. I am not sure what the damage is underneath

I need a quote for a 1 bedroom 72 sqm cottage in nutec or timber. Bathroom will have a basin, toilet and a wetroom shower. High open ceilings. Built on stilts. All plumbing and electrical finishes as well as bedroom and kitchen cupboards. A deck. Gas Geyser, gas hob with electric oven. A veranda. My budget is tops R .00. Complete house and shell only with electrical and plumbing. I do not have plans but I do have a sketch (see attached). Must be a registered NHBRC builder. Building to be a building loan plot and plan with a bank.
We only have preliminary designs done but we know exactly what we want. 2 x 9x6 Nutec houses joined with a 1m passage. Could you please quote me on the attached plans for a house at 36 Hillary rd in Mountain Homes. I would like to know which would you recommend, a Chromadek or tiled roof. Could you give me a costing for both, and if you would include the cost of putting either up. Hi, can you please supply me with a quote. My bathtub pop up came out now using a normal plug, secondly a hairpin got stuck in the sink and now the pop up plug won't come back up, thirdly my toilet after filling up the water continues to drip into the toilet, but now it is much more than dripping, I tried closing the water supply to the toilet, but even fully closed it keeps on running. Just bought a vacant land, I just want to have a double storey house. When you walk in the first thing you seee is a big hallway faced by stairs leading to the bedrooms . Each bedroom with ensuite and a walk in closet. I would love 3 bedroom up stairs and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs. I want a big kitchen that would oppositely face the dining room. Also want two lounges one large, and the other one medium small.
