We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
Is it possible to come out and give us quote for our garden gates with electronic buzzer? I Will send you pictures as example. I have two gates there already but I think the sizing and lock is incorrect so I would rather like to just get new gates. Only I'm not available this week. We would like the gate to allow for a standard car to drive through, so roughly 3 metres or more wide, and roughly 2 metres high so that people can't jump over, as we are trying to implement this gate into a courtyard community in Langa, and we are installing an urban farm in the courtyard (however it is currently open to anyone walking past, but we are worried about theft so we thus want to install the gate). Hi, I think my problem is the parapet wall, as I had proofed the roof previously...with pap & lap, then rubberized. But the problem persist. I thought of removing the flashing and replace with new concrete. What would you suggest? I'm getting desperate. Please help. I know it is a bad timing, but I would like to start the process.
I have recently build a bricks & cement pond, about 1.5 wide, 2.5 long and 1.2m deep and have applied ram rapond polyurethane in an attempt to have it sealed inside. There are still leaks and would like to have bitumen or simular applied to seal. I hope to find somebody who can spray it on. The pond is easily accessible by a vehicle. Please quote to have it sealed. Non poisonous for plants and fish please.
