Evaluating whether I want to keep rental property from my deceased father's estate. It will probably only be one small, older house. I have lived in the US for the last 30 years and am enjoying time with the family in Hoedspruit. I have a business that is not operating, however, I did not know that even when a business is not operating that I need to still submit the tax returns.
