We have the following: 7 seater couch Book shelf TV cabinet TV Coffee Table Desk Microwave 2 single beds 1 Queen sized bed 1 chest of drawers 1 baby changing station 1 kiddies shelf I kids toys drawer 1 table for welcome entrance 2 bedroom pedestals About 50 to 60 boxes (all our belongings in there still packing so not sure of final count) with fragile belongings Both places are ground floor however the lounge in the new place has a lounge which goes up 3 steps in the house
