The roof in My home in Gordons Bay started leaking during the heavy rains last week. I had a stream of water coming through the ceiling. So I will need help with repairing the roof as well as replacing ceiling (or maybe just a pain job. I am also not sure what the condition of the insulation in the ceiling looks like. Some expert eyes and advise would be appreciated.

We have numerous leaks in our home. The house has a flat concrete roof in one area and a usual tile roof in the majority of the house. The leaks are in both types of roof. The normal tile roof needs extensive repair and cleaning. We would also like to paint the roof. We are currently looking around so we are just taking quotes at this point.
I would like a quotation for a professional roof structural inspection on an existing property. (It is not a new property and it is not a new roof installation). Have noticed leaking and need to know the integrity of the existing roof installation with regards to water ingress and options for remedy/repair.
