Additionally, having on-call waiters navigate the event space would ensure guests' needs are promptly addressed, further enhancing the overall flow. Menu and Serving Stations: I'm open to suggestions on the optimal number of buffet stations based on your expertise. Ideally, we want to avoid long lines and ensure guests can access a variety of dishes without excessive waiting. I've attached the current menu for your reference. Please advise if any menu enhancements or substitutions could improve the flow or better align with a multi-station approach. Staffing and Cost Considerations: To ensure efficiency and control during the event, I'd like to inquire about the cost of including servers and on-call waiters in your quotation.
