Enclose balcony. Main area = 3.8m in length (4 sliding windows) Side area = 1.8m (2 windows) Height of all is 1.8m.
We've had old tenants who punctured holes in the walls and applied wallpaper over them, I need the wallpaper to be removed and the walls to be re-plastered. I also require waterproofing in the shower and to arrange the cupboards correctly in the kitchen.
