My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I would ideally like wood with a waterproof sealant/paint. Please quote

2 toilets are running. I have to turn the water off to stop it running. 1 toilet is dripping at the pipe heading into the loo. The top element in the oven isn't working. The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. Need a double door opening to outside. Currently there is a wood and glass door and frame in the position, would like it replaces with aluminium and glass doors and frame.
