Hello I've got the metal roof that still needs to be redone and I'm not sure what type of roof is inside the house it's a normal roof white but I think water somehow went into the roof now it's just sitting there and causing my lights not to work and there's a leak next to the light bulb holder. I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). After 1-2 days of continuous rainfall in our area water has somehow penetrated one section of our tiled pitched roof on the eastern side of our house and dammed up in a pool about 1 square meter wide on the inside of the lounge ceiling below from where it has saturated the surrounding ceiling board and dripped through nail holes into the lounge.

i would like to add 2 more bedrooms, enlarge the existing 2 bedrooms to make them spacious, and make room for fitted closets / in built or fitted cabinets and ensuite batheroom, enlarge the dining or remove dividing wall between dining n existing kitchen to allow room for open plan, extend kitchen a bit to allow for the island. something like that....
