Hi there, I have a property at Ferndale Brackenfell that has a tenant and I need a reliable handyman services that I can use. I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. Then anything other issue that might arise and check if there's a need to change the bathroom mixer. Do you perhaps work with swimming pools?

Bathroom renovation/remodel. Take out bathtub, shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Install walk-in shower in place of bathtub with 8mm x x mm Toughened Glass shower panel. Replace basin and toilet. Do all plumbing required. Waterproof shower floor and walls. Tile 5 m² floor with xmm ceramic tiles. Tile 20m² walls with xmm ceramic wall tiles. Remove and replace 5m² ceiling and replace with 12mm rhinoboard ceiling. Fit x3 LED downlights and small extractor fan in ceiling. Paint ceiling and new 75mm cornices. Fit bathroom accessories like toilet roll holder, towel rails etc.
