1. Connect the cabin to the main building of the home to increase the space in the living room 2. Change the roof and with that break the middle wall separating the lounge and kitchen 3. move the kitchen to back of the wall so it faces the living room in an open plan style 4. Rework the roof configuration to express an A-frame look, with a window to let light in at the apex 5. Extend the roof over the patio to bring that area in as a living space 6. A part glass enclosure facing the pool 7. Extension of the main bedroom- a space in front and behind might provide added living space in the master suite below if budget allows 8. Wood cladding aesthetic on the walls to give a modern barn style look 9. Double garage with a way to link to the main home, with a foundation strong enough for a 2nd storey extension house can be viewed here

Total Roof Area is +- m2 of which only 40m2 is 2nd floor at 45 degree pitch. The rest is flat. I am looking for removal of existing composite fibre roof and replace with AZ 0.53mm profile corrugated colorbond/colourplus roof sheets. +-35 sheets x 3.4m in length. insolation to be installed included.
