I am looking for a company that does meet the St Francis Bay Requirements for building a house on our plot. I do not have building plans, so I would need support. Welcome would be a turnkey house. The house can be very simpel as long as the municipality would approve it. Any suggestions are welcomed. The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me
