Plumbing repairs and replacement

The scope of work is of simple and straightforward nature: 1. Outside tap is leaking between the copper pipe and the sealing nut. 2. Kitchen tap is also leaking, see attached photos for a better view 3. Main bedroom toilet, when you flush it sometimes water runs non-stop sometimes the operation works perfectly. You will be expected to provide a Bill Of Material as I will buy the material myself from the nearest plumbing supplier shop.
