It’s a small beach pool. The gunnite surface is coming off when we scrape the walls while cleaning. Those little gravelly bits are loose & now just collecting on the bottom of the pool. There are also cracks. The pool is about 25years old. I don’t know what the size is in litres or square meters. But at its deepest it’s shoulder height and I’m about 5.6 f tall.
We are installing a new kitchen and refurbishing our wooden floors in open flow lounge, dining room, kitchen. Tops are being installed next week Wednesday and wooden floors will be finished then too. This is a big area of about 85sqm, which includes a scullery. The kitchen design and colours are finalised. We need assistance with types of backsplash for kitchen, flooring for small area in scullery and then layout of furniture for lounge and dining areas. We would like to use as much of our current furniture and decor but are happy to upcycle and make some changes. We need help with colours too, and styling. We have no idea what this costs so would like a quote before committing to an appointment. Our budget for this part of the project is R - R

Case Background: This is one of 7–8 cases where summons have already been issued. We were on the verge of obtaining a default judgment when the "fraudster" pleaded for an opportunity to negotiate a new payment plan. As part of this arrangement, they committed to selling their house, and a new Acknowledgment of Debt (AOD) was signed, explicitly including this promise. However, they later frustrated the process by obstructing their own chosen estate agent. Given this, their request for a court-sanctioned sale of the property is no longer a viable option. Retrenchment case where employer owes salaries of Nov ,December ,January ,February .first implemented short time unfairly, thn stil didn't pay me. Then pushed me into a disciplinary victimizing me. When they could not dismiss me, the retrenchment was d next option. Only 4 people retrenched the same 4 that laid a case at CCMA.Employer withholding salaries and now retrenchment package with excuse they do not have funds. Yet d company and staff works as usual. Many tender projects that generates income.
Looking to build a 6m×6m carport. Preferably rust resistant material. The cheapest entry level material will be appreciated. My Fraud case with the Standard Bank where all my life savings, pension, sale of my home's funds stolen from me. The bank has been declining me with no valid reason and have now told me my case has expired as it's more than 3 years old and they can't help me and say I must go to the law now. I am single, aline with no family, no help, penniless, homeless and jobless and have nothing. Seeking help from the legal people if possible. My wife and I would like to convert the garage space into a two story 2 bed 2 bath self contained flat. Top floor of the garage is already being used as a 1 bed 1 bath accommodation.
