Dear Sir/Madam: Kindly provide quote for roof-redo and supply of A19 certificate.the roof had a fire in and we had it repaired. I sold the property in December , but the owner had the roof formally inspected and discovered several faults that were not attended to by the previous builders. He insists on an A19 certificate and had his own builders provide a quote which may be too high. As an uninformed person, I therefore need a second quote to make sure that I am not paying too much.
