There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.

Storm damage to roof leaking into home 15 min after rain starts. Multiple cracks on roof. Down pipes damage. Damage to naughty pine. Ceiling board (2) to be replace more cornishes. Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour. We have just purchased a home in the Wilgeheuwel are looking to have the roof of the garage checked. We were informed that it does leak slightly after heavy rainfall, however we are concerned as we have noticed rust after an further inspection in the garage. Roof is IBR sheeting and not concrete. We would like to confirm structural condition of the roof.
Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard. My immediate concern is the Standard Bank Building situated in Nelspruit with the address listed as 29 Brown Street. I have a leak above the Standard ATM and I have numerous complaints already. Roofing for an addition of one room, approximately 18sqm. Room will be added on top of existing structure and joined with existing roof in a duplex town house. Work will include removal of existing roof, and re-installation after new room in constructed. Refer to attached drawings, area to be roofed is the "new study"
