How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
The land size is sqm, has a house sqm on it which we wish to demolish and develop into a 43 - unit apartments for hotel accommodation (self-catering).
House is double storey and need to extend the bedroom upstairs , living area downstairs , redo bathrooms, house tiles balustrade etc
