Good Day We already have an automated garage door. The problem is that the rubbers on the sides of the door is warned out. Good day, I would like to to have the bottom panel of my garage door replaced as it has become damaged over the years. The top two panels are still fine. I also need 3 x new remote controls for my garage door. I got them when I had the doors installed originally, so they are many years old. See attached. Thank you, René.

I live in a complex where the color code is green for g/doors. I had the original two single doors removed as I had to heighten them to accommodate my bakkie, which has a heightened suspension and removed the center column. At the same time, I had a through door put in which needs a door. It, too, is higher than standard.sizes. Are you able to accommodate me. PS I would prefer the main door to be sectional if that is possible of arrangement.
It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters).
