My primary concern is the sentence imposed and the resulting dismissal, which I believe raises issues of proportionality, legality and constitutional rights. The matter has already proceeded through the military justice system, including the Court of Military Appeals. I am seeking a lawyer with experience in military law, criminal/disciplinary proceedings, administrative law and constitutional litigation to assess the prospects of challenging the sentence and the legal framework under which it was imposed. I have supporting documentation, including the relevant judgments and correspondence, and can provide a chronological summary of the matter. I am currently seeking pro bono or affordable legal assistance because I cannot afford conventional private legal fees.

Had an old electric fence replaced with a new one. Been waiting since December for the compliance certificate. The maintenance company who hired a company to install the fence is not forthcoming with the certificate so now I need to find a company who is registered to issue a valid Electric Fence Certificate of Compliance please
There is an intermittent/phantom water leak behind the toilet, which I would like inspected and repaired. I would also like to replace the existing basin taps and bath/shower taps. My fiance was divorced in and we have the original divorce paper. This has never been updated at Home Affairs and we now stay together in Pretoria. We did go to the Home Affairs here in Pretoria as they say we need a new stamp from the George court before it can be ammended. Can we maybe courier the original document to you and then you can get the stamp from the court for us?
