This is regarding the house It's an RDP house on the statement it shows 3 names of people under it, it seems like the house was sold without any agreement We went to court and get the letter of authority and we went to go and do a title-deed and still appears the three names so now we need a lawyer that will help to transfer 1 name in the title deed
Prepare and level the existing area to the required falls and levels. Supply and install mm compacted G5 base course, compacted thoroughly to provide a stable paving foundation. Supply and place approximately 20 mm bedding sand, screeded level. Supply and install 50 mm grey bond concrete paving, laid neatly to the required pattern and levels, total mtr2. Cut pavers neatly around edges, structures and obstructions where required. Sweep suitable jointing cement/sand into paving joints and compact the completed paved surface. Remove and dispose of surplus material and leave the work area clean on completion.
In April , there was roof leak from the complex's old and wornout water tanks into my unit. The caretaker and the company managing the complex were notified. To date, the damage in my unit is still not repaired even when the plumber found by the caretaker gave his 1st quote in June . Growing mould is threatening our health. My mum had bought a house, but shortly after, was retrenched from her job due to restructuring. The bank currently has a legal case against my mum, despite my mum trying to pay and set up payment plans. My Mum was also in line for a really good paying job opportunity that would have allowed for her to make bigger payments towards everything, however due to the ongoing dispute with the bank, they had to rescind the contract. Another lawyer was assisting my mum, and was supposed to send a letter of demand on her behalf, however when the bank sent a summons, they said that they have to work on a contingency basis. We really don't know what to do, and my mum just needs assistance with submitting a letter to defend by Friday the 18th of September .
