I want to rebuild my garage and storage behind garage due to walls are unstable and poorly build.

KITCHEN: water inlets put in for a washing machine and dishwasher and the electrical plug point for them, kitchen walls painted correctly, curtain rail put up above window. BATHROOM: most crucial is painting**, then - put up a curtain rail above the window, (potentially bathroom redone - new toilet, bath and sink). GENERAL: light bulbs replaced in 3 rooms (2 LED bulbs per room), floors need replacing throughout apartment - tiles - but we would like advice (55 sqm apartment).

1) Replacement of existing partially collapsed brick f retaining wall with interlocking brick (some already purchased = approximately 5m long and going from 1m to 2m high (sloping driveway) 2) Assessment / repair / buttressing of very old existing brick wall with eroded foundation, approximately 6m long and 2m high
