The Contractor shall be required to prevent access to the site by any unauthorised personnel. He shall, as a minimum, supply and erect a suitable temporary fence along all unprotected boundaries of the site. The fence shall be at least 2,0 m high and of such nature that it will exclude adults, children or animals. I need an addition razorwire around the parameter at the top. The concrete fence needed is those that are normally installed around schools, the ones with vertical pillars. Amesh wire must be installed at the bottom of the fence - to stop any small animal from walking right through the bottom part of the fence.
There are also two gates, 2 by 1.2 meters and 4 by 2 meters. The larger gate must be in two equal sections. both can swing on hinges and lock with a bolt and padlock, and one bolt in the ground in case of the large gate. I'm going to cut the brick pillars down so they are the same height as the wall, so the bottom of the fence will always be same level.

We require a palisade fence to be installed on our property. This use to be a driveway gate but we replaced the gate with a wooden fence. We now wish to install a palisade fence on the inside of our property for added protection. There are two solid facebrick pillars on each side to attach the fence.
Plan is to fence in a very rundown recycling centre in Motherwell just off Tyinira street.. It is 25 metres square with a 3 meter gate.There are no services at present (no electricity, water or toilets). I would prefer galvanized and painted clear view fencing. All my contacts in Motherwell tell me that fence is a real deterrent. However, possible alternative is razor wire; double strength. Fence must be concreted into ground all along to deter people digging under the fence. Also required is a gate ( 3 meters) preferably on rails but same height as fence. Fence must be secured against being lifted and moved-- weak point. Otherwise a gate split at centre and opening two sides. im urgently required to install a one metre high palisade fencing on top of a cement block plastered wall . i need 14 sections of various lengths x 1metre high totalling +- 56 running metres.
