Photography Expectations and Requirements As this is the first South African Literature and Creative Arts Awards hosted by A , high-quality photography is crucial for documenting and promoting the event, honoring the participants, and showcasing the spirit of youth empowerment and creativity. We are kindly requesting a sponsorship or partnership from a photographer who is willing to contribute their time and skills in exchange for full recognition and promotional benefits throughout and after the event. Specifics the Photographer Should Know: 1. Event Coverage: Red carpet arrivals Guest interactions and networking moments Opening and closing speeches Award presentations and winners’ reactions Performances and live moments on stage Behind-the-scenes moments of the organizers and team 2. Style Preference: Clean, vibrant, and emotionally expressive shots Both candid and posed moments Portraits of award winners and performers 3. Output Requirements: A minimum of 50– edited high-resolution images Delivery within 5–7 days after the event Permission for the foundation to use the photos on social media, websites, and future event promotions (with full credit to the photographer) 4. Recognition and Promotion: Photographer will receive credit on all platforms Logo or name included on our official event banner/poster Shout-outs on stage and social media Networking opportunity with creatives and potential clients We are looking for a passionate and reliable photographer who believes in the power of storytelling and community through visuals.

Hi there! We do not have a venue that we will be utilising for a reception as we are doing things a little differently. However, I would love for you to photograph the morning as myself and the groom get ready, the morning ceremony in the church and a little photography session afterwards somewhere beautiful in Stellenbosch (I would love some help with a place or outdoors area if possible around Stellenbosch because the weather in August may not allow us to take photos outdoors necerssarily).

Example, pictures while wearing a gown, then a dress, few pictures at the guesthouse with family and her alone, then go to the 1st location (old buildings) with family and her alone then the 2nd location her alone then few pictures inside the car. We have 13 products we want to shoot for a Children's Sportswear Brand. It includes 7 netball outfits, 2 rugby shorts, 4 rugby balls. We would like packshot images of the clothing as well as on models. We have 6-8 models with between the ages of 5-13. We would like studio shots of the models as well as action shots of them at a location.

Hi. We are looking for someone That can capture a cake smash for 1 year old. It was not a category I could choose. It would be for one of the weekends closer to the end of August (we are flexible), even the first weekend in spetember would be okay.
