Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
It's a 10/12 square metre long cabin 3bed room 2 bathroom,open plan living area and kitchen. I have plan off that just needs to be slight adjusted. Need normal plans that you submit municipality too sight off on and We can start construction ASAP

I would like to convert my garage to a seperate entrance. This project needs to be added on to my original house plans.
We want to build a house in mpumalanga as our retirement and vacation home. I have a picture of how it must look and the details on what must be included.
