A sliding door will be installed after the veranda. When the door is installed, the step needs to be adjusted by a builder and the plastering around the frame has been completed. The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
We are a logistics company that just purchased a warehouse and we are looking to turn this warehouse into a truck yard. There is some areas and paving on the premises that needs to be patched up and we also need some removal of rubble and need to just clean the place up a bit. Second opening = 1.7m wide X 2.5m high Third opening = 1.5m wide X 2.5m There are two existing sliding doors which I'd like to remove and reuse if possible, their measurements are as follows; 2.4m wide X 2.1m high 1.8m wide X 2.1m high I understand that the final quote will be based on final measurements but I'm seeking an estimate for now. Please quote me and advise with regards to alternative options as I am not fixed with heights. If the 2.1m heights are more feasible, then I'll be happy to install block windows above the doors.
