How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
Alteration to existing building with incorporation of an extra bedroom, en suite, storage area and garage . Possible dry walling additions and addition of mezzanine level to extend a current loft space. We have about 60 sqm of space that can be added on.

I need a house plan first
New building, house (farm house) on plot. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (split 2/1 and 1/1) with open plan kitchen/lounge between, with separate sculary and pantry. Off grid solar with utilities room, Jojo tanks water reclamation and pump, with french drain. Solar borehole upgrade and new borehole tbc. ,8 sqm. Separate twin double garage with front door for future build, foundation needed. Clay soil considerations for foundations. Looking for more info on process, fee structure, price/est quote, outline of the process etc. Have land in trust (agricultural zones we believe), still organizing finance.

Holiday home
Join back room and garage and turn it into a tenant space. The garage and the back room are separate from the main house. My wish is to breakdown the wall separating the garage from the back room. Have a shower and basin and a wash up sink for a mini kitchen
