My house was originally painted with Kenitex many years ago and then repainted about 15 years ago There is some loose paint that will need to be attended to and some cracks that will need repairing. Job 1) sloping shower floor (is it possible to do a slopping floor?) about 3 sqm; Job 2) a flat bathroom floor about 4-5 sqm. It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters). Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a entrance hall. We'd like all ceilings painted, doors and door frames painted. There's 5 doors.
