A drunk parent came to school to shoot me. He was outside the schoolyard and corked the gun there wanting to come in for me. Luckily for me one of the security ladies knew him and could speak some sence into him. Obviously when i was notified i was stressed. I am based in NZ. Setting up some websites and apps that will be available internationally. Looking for 'the standard' T&C blurb and ensuring this covers us for liability with regards to specifics of our app(s)/site. Also may need to look at the data/privacy blurb/setup and limiting liability insofar this can be done. I suspect it gets tricky with international users. main focus are western countries at this point. NZ, Australia, USA, Canada, EU, SAfrica. I expect reasonable uptake elsewhere over time. both apps are brand new busy development/launching.
I have a dispute with the Agency through whom I rented a property for my Mother-in-law. She vacated the property 6 months ago and our deposit has yet to be repaid. The property suffered flooding from pipes that were blocked by tree roots and also from the property above during the tenancy causing damage. The Agency is now seeking to hold us liable for damages that were clearly evident prior to occupation and that were caused during occupation through no fault of the tenant. Despite the fact that the quotations for damages does not equate to the full deposit, the Agent has now decided they will withhold the full deposit. As a matter of principle, I cannot stand for this.
Hi I have a client who has 3 x DB"s That needs to be rewired and circuit breakers to be replaced. I also need a COC and an inverter to be installed for the lighting/plugs for the inside of the shopping centre. I need urgent assistance to file outstanding tax returns from to date. I did retrieve my SARS e-filling account but struggle to know where to start to actually do my personal returns. I have just went on pensioen and am desperate to get my tax returns in order. I have paid a lot in penalties because of my delays. I really must conclude my tax returns urgently.
