There is a hole in the bottom timber section of double garage door. My husband has taken a look and the wood does not seem to be rotten. We need someone to offer some advice and let us know whether repairs are even possible and how much it cost. The garage door would be at my son's house in Fourways.

The existing Double is of the 40 raised panel type single up and over and will remain in place until all new brickwork is completed 3 mtrs forward of existing door and new door to be fitted before removal of the old door. I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I currently do have garage doors and carports in front of the garages. My cars do not fit into the garages anymore and are currently standing under the carports but I have big dogs who are not moving between the cars and damaging them so I need some advice on what to do. Good day, i just to find out if you do automative Garage doors with the current door or do you recommend putting in a new door with the automatic system. The size is 4.84 (width) x 2.80 (height).
