I am planning on building a B&B with approx. 10 rooms. There is an existing building and we are unable to find the original building plans so we need someone to draw new building plans with all the intended changes included as well and submit that to the municipality.
Looking to create a booking.com or other holiday rental type property for myself and others to enjoy. I need a full house redesign to suit these needs.
Draft plans need to 1st be submitted to our complex trustees, then to City Of Tshwane for approval before any work can be started. It will have to be similar to other residents carports to conform to complex rules. Carport will need to be installed/attached to building in front next to garage.
I want to use the balcony as carport.

Extending garage, extending lounge and adding a floor, going up.
The house is situated in KwaMashu location. Services required is remodelling and extension of the existing old house with outside building (3 rooms and laundry room). The old existing building is standard 4 room house and I would like to change it to 3 bedroom house with one ensuite, second bathroom, open plan lounge-kitchen and garage for two cars. Proposed design should not be a double storey house. The services I require but not limited to design proposal, municipality approval, building and completing the house (Turnkey project). Attached is the recent plan that was not approved by the municipality.
House will be m2 built in Pezula Private Estate, estate guidelines to be followed.
