I currently have tiling and want vinyl flooring installed instead. I need advise on whether we should take out the tiling or whether we can put the vinyl flooring on top of the tiles.

Ground floor unit requires both bedrooms, small passage and Lounge area to have Laminate installed. Currently tiled in the Lounge and Passage and Carpets in bedrooms, all need to be replaced by Laminate flooring totalling +-33 to 35 sqm

We have heavy wooden doors, I need advice on what to do with the doors - whether we need to give the old doors a "facelift" and whether we should install new ones. We need doors in the bedroom, shower and on the patio.
