I have an installed inverter 2.5kv with two gel batteries, this was substantial during the load shedding period as the batteries would be charged enough to be able to light the house and some required applications. This has changed the gel batteries are no longer functional as they give back up for only 1hr think adding panels and lithium batteries to would be a batter solution the invent of having no electricity for extended period of time due to Eskom ( cable theft ) - I need a function off the grid solution that can be affordable or extended on to the current solution but I am open to hearing suggestion and affordable quotes. I need a quote to fix a leaking shower in my Cape Town home. The shower is an Attack unit with a base and two dry walls on the side. After some drainage work was done, the base started moving on the floor, breaking the silicone and causing a major leak. The previous plumbers want to replace the drywalls because the have been compromised but that's not feasible right now and need a more practical alternative to waterproof the shower properly. The walls and base need to be waterproof because the base move when in the shower and then the silicone brakes. See images Attached. The previous plumbers really made a mess. I am having lots of problems with their work so I need someone who can do the job well. Could you please provide a cost estimate to repair the leak, stabilise the base, and ensure it is watertight? I can send some pictures through as well.
6 months prior there was an attempt on my life with one of the local gangsters in our village. premeditated as the person waited for 50 min in my vehicle (caught on camera with possession of weapons -gun and knife) for the lights to go off before entering my office. the police only laid a charge of "trespassing" which meant this this repeat offebder will not be going to regional court and a more harsh sentence can not be applied for being a repeat offender. then on 10 August there was a break-in at my office..i caught the culprit in my premises redhanded ..there was a struggle to detain the person and the person sustained injuries the person is from the same gang and tafter beibng detaibned told me that the same guy and the head of the gang..is going to come kill me. i did not have any weapons on me , i denfended myself whislt this person was on TIK and tried to get away when i caught the person. The police made a case of "attempted murder" which is ridiculous as i have never had any other cases before against me and run a charity ,for more than 6 years, that focuses on uplifting the youth and creating platforms for our addicts and even opportunity for our criminals to reintegrate them back into society. the police was denied an arrest warrant by the judge but they came to arrest me in any case... before this case as made against me i used to be the vise chair for the communtiy police form but now i had to resign from that posision. my reputation that i have buiult over 15 years as a humanitarian (also did work in africa for 5 years) has been damaged by false accusations and false arrests.
