I have been barred from seeing my grandsons by their great grandmother because I said a few things about her.my daughter,husband and kids live with the great grandparents in an outbuilding.i haven't seen the kids in 4 months.my daughter promises to bring them but never does.she forbade the kids father from using her car to bring the kids to me.what can I do.i am old ,a pensioner,can't really afford legal costs.
My daughter has to appear in the magistrate court on the 5th of December. She was in an abusive relationship and her ex boyfriend made a case against her at the Pretoria Magistrate Court. He was however the abuser and has a dangerous obsession with her. He does not want to leave her alone and is trying by any means to stay in contact with her. I would like to enquire what the cost would be for a consultation with her and also representing her on the 5th at the magistrate court.
I have sign a contract of paying R to someone,I don't know if they followed the correct rules cause the was witnesses on there side but on my side was with my mother but they did not give her a chance to sign,and the letter was written with red pen,and they did not give me a copy of that contract,on there side they were 3 signatures on my side was my signature only,how can I solve this problem

After my husband was the only one to pay the water and rates And concil didn't give a receipt as his mom name on the house.the beneffiesherish did not care And susters 2 daughters stayed in the property never payed rent..

I need assistance to access my UIF funds when I resigned from work in March . I made application in February . I was told it's declined because I applied after the required period which I dispute because I contributed to UIF for 8 years, therefore I cannot be told I forfeited my money because of expired period. Reason I did not apply early is because I still had money, and thought I was saving and applying control by not applying to avoid misuse. Please help!
