I've got a single door garage door which the installer bought from Doorman Vredenburg. The top part was not stable from beginning, the installer told me it was a factory fault and he will replace it for me. To make a long story short, he disappeared along with the Doorman agent in Vredenburg. I need a quote for the top part and somebody to replace it for me.
I have a complete alarm system with beams and sensors installed but it's the old model which is now malfunctioning cause it needs the original code which I don't know because I bought the house from someone who didn't use it at all now I called someone to help and he suggested I put a new one with newspaper and remotes.

Hello, I'd like a quotation to install an electric fence on my property. We're sub-dividing a plot in Farmall, so there is an existing perimeter fence, but we'd like to define a new boundary within that with approximately ~m of 18 strand fence connected to the existing boundary. I currently do have garage doors and carports in front of the garages. My cars do not fit into the garages anymore and are currently standing under the carports but I have big dogs who are not moving between the cars and damaging them so I need some advice on what to do.
