The cleaning happens whenever I get a new tenant. I will send through my booking dates as soon as I know. I will need an "ready for new tenant" service before a new tenant arrives. I would like to enquire about the cost of cleaning an HFO tank. At the refinery, we have a tank that has a solidified HFO in the tank. We currently do not have steam to liquefy the HFO in the tank. I would like to enquire about the cost to empty the tank, clean it, unblock the sewer system. The sewer system is also blocked with the solidified HFO.
