How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I require a quote (estimated cost) for the installation of burglar bars in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bars should span the full width of each window (color, white). It should esthetically appealing (clean lines). I am located in Menlopark, Pretoria. The specifications of the windows are as follows: • Window 1 (height x width) – cm – cm; • Window 2 (height x width) – cm – cm; • Window 3 (height x width) – cm – cm; • Window 4 (height x width) – 60cm x cm; • Window 5 (height x width) – 60cm x cm Kindly provide me with the estimated cost for installation. Good day, I trust you are well, Please refer to the attached. Can you please send me one quote on standard glass and one quote on standard double glazing. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. D06 & D07 – the door doesn’t have the aluminum slides on the bottom anymore, it should be glass. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
I have security gates at my home in Pretoria that are very secure. They are heavy steel gates with three levers - one at the top, the middle and the bottom of the gate. I am planning on building a new home in Ballito soon and want to install the same kind of gates. I am looking to have this done sometime in May.

40 years ago we built a new office block but using wooden bay windows from an old Parktown mining magnate's house which was being demolished. At the time we restored the wood and repaired all the lead glass windows, however, over the years, the treatment we have been using has obviously not been any good and they are now in desperate need of repair or replacement. Please call me to discuss the problem and give us idea on the practicality of repairing or replacing these windows and possible costs. This involves a bay window frame, 8 windows and 8 fanlights. I have a degrees sea view on my patio and I do not want to block the ocean views at all. I would therefore like folding windows in the front of the patio and sliding windows on the side. I am not sure exactly how many windows I will need as I am not sure about the sizes of the windows - I would need someone to advise me on that.
We need emergency services. We have a two story home and a window on the 2nd story has completely blown out. It is supposed to rain today and we need to get this boarded up on the outside and inside of the frame and replaced before it rains. The window is located in the front of the house so if it rains, it will be pouring into the house. This is an emergency!!

I am not sure how many windows we will need but just on the front face of the house we already have 8.
