Please email me a company profile with services offered and a price list. We will then add whoever we choose to our maintenance team and provide you with projects on an ad hoc basis. We would like to know what all services you provide as we are looking for sub contractors to work with us on our buildings in numerous areas. We are looking for companies who can assist us with maintenance work on several properties in and around Cape Town (areas incl. Fish Hoek, Parklands, Maitland, Montague Gardens, Melkbos, etc.)
Extention of property & remodel interior to open plan. Scope includes foundation, walls, roof and swimming pool. Roof shape and pitch has changed and so roof trusses need to be redone but re-using existing tiles. There may be a need to top-up the quantity of roof tiles. The approved plan is attached.

I own a property in Rustenburg, specifically in Waterval East, which I had undertaken to extend. Regrettably, the project encountered significant delays and issues caused by the previous contractor, including errors and omissions. Due to my work commitments in Limpopo, I was compelled to terminate the project prematurely. I am now determined to complete this endeavor by the end of the year and am actively seeking a contractor known for their integrity and expertise. The core structure is in place, and the primary objectives are to rectify any previous errors and omissions to meet industry standards, as well as to complete final interior and exterior finishes, including landscaping.
Good Day I have small quite old fashioned teak wooden finger blocks parquet in my apartment, however, I need additional blocks to fill missing spots and additionally ,I need to tile a 4x4 room with the same. Are you able to assist? What is the price with and without installation? Kind Regards

This paint is a good quality paint but other paint can be used according to clients specifications. 2. Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. Ceiling and skirtings should be white. Doors Grey and walls off-white/grey. We need to still choose the paint colours . We require a quote from a reputable painter for this job.
